This looks good to me.
People with a UHF antenna should be able to receive rf 8, 9, 10 & 12. HOWEVER - if you use a UHF only pre-amp (such as the ChannelMaster 7775), it will block out everything below rf 14. Changing to a VHF/UHF pre-amp will solve this problem.

It would be cool if KAET got to keep 29, most other places I have been have 2 or 3 PBS stations

It's the stations choice what channel to keep. I understand below channel 8 is not good for digital broadcasts. I believe it is cheaper to operate on the upper VHF channels than the UHF but I'm not sure.

From my understanding it does not take as much power for a VHF signal to cover the same area as a UHF signal and thus why it is cheaper.
