Have you ever called a service company for repairs only to be shocked by the
price when the job was done? At LandL, this just won't happen.
What Makes Us Different
- We'll be there when we say we will. No more
will you get an appointment for 2PM only to find your tech showing up the next
day. Because we know you value your time, we'll be there when we say we'll be
there. If we're five minutes late, you'll get a $25 discount off the first
hour of service. And for every additional 30 minutes we're late, you're
entitled to another $25 discount (if we ever are late, the discount is per
hour: 35 minutes late means you get $50 off a two hour service call).
- You'll know how much it will cost. Before we
ever start actual work on any job that requires more than our one hour minimum
per call, you'll be given an estimate that includes pricing for equipment,
software and labor. If we're wrong, you get our labor for 1/3 off. So you know
we'll be pricing it right the first time.
- We stand behind our work. When we work on
your equipment, we'll leave our phone number in easy reach so you can call if
something goes wrong. When we finish, we'll tell you how we fixed it and why
you won't need to call us again. Still, if you do, your happiness is our top
goal.
